OPEN TELECOM NAMES IAN WATTS TO SALES MANAGER

New Sales Manager Brings Wealth of Experience

(CORNWALL, UK) March 1st, 2005 - OpenTelecom today announced it has named Ian Watts the new Sales Manager of the company. Effective immediately, Ian Watts will be responsible for growing existing business as well as new client wins. He will manage customer relationships and will achieve OpenTelecom's growth model by working closely with the company's clients.

He gained his 10-years business development experience primarily in sales and marketing, where he was responsible for creation and development as well as new business generation. He has seven years at senior management level. Ian Watts will report to Daniel Kobale, MD, and will be based in Cornwall.
